What You Need

Coconut Mlk, Turmeric. Chaga. Antioxidants, Superfood, Powerhouse, Yum, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Vitamins, Minerals, Delicious, Tea

You'll need just a few tools...

  • Saucepan
  • Can opener
  • Fine mesh sieve, strainer, coffee filter, or colander

...and some ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk (canned or fresh works, I used canned)
  • 3 tsp Birch Boys Loose Chaga Tea
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste, if you can find it)
  • 1 cup water
  • Sugar to taste (optional)

Let's Make it!

To start, put your coconut milk into your saucepan and heat on medium. Because my coconut milk was canned (and I live in a very cold area) I had to melt it to a less thick consistency. Once your coconut milk is melted, you can add all of your other ingredients.

Turmeric, Chaga, Antioxidants, Ginger, Cardamom, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Powerhouse, Superfood

Next, just stir it up and heat on medium for 5-7 minutes, and you'll see some beautiful color developing!

Look at that gorgeous golden milk!

Now just strain out the Chaga chunks add sugar if you're so inclined, and enjoy!
