What You Need
For this recipe you'll need some tools...
- Strainer, Mesh Sieve, or Coffee Filter
... and a few ingredients
- 2-4 tsp Birch Boys Loose Chaga Tea (or 2-3 tea bags)
- 1 very ripe or overripe pear
- 2 tsp lavender
- 1 tsp ginger
- 3-4 cups water
- sugar (optional)
Let's Get Started!
To start, just slice up your pear (reserve one slice if you'd like a garnish) and toss it into your pan. Add the lavender, ginger, water and Chaga.
Bring your concoction to a boil...
Let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain out the herbs and fruit.
Add sugar if you're so inclined, and then enjoy your quick, easy, and healthful treat!
