Lavender Pear Chaga Tea!

What You Need

Pear, Chaga, Superfood, Ginger, Pear, Yum, Lavender, Antioxidant, Stomach Health, Gastrointestinal Health, Powerhouse

For this recipe you'll need some tools...

  • Saucepan
  • Strainer, Mesh Sieve, or Coffee Filter

... and a few ingredients

  • 2-4 tsp Birch Boys Loose Chaga Tea (or 2-3 tea bags)
  • 1 very ripe or overripe pear
  • 2 tsp lavender
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 3-4 cups water
  • sugar (optional)

Let's Get Started!

To start, just slice up your pear (reserve one slice if you'd like a garnish) and toss it into your pan. Add the lavender, ginger, water and Chaga.

Bring your concoction to a boil...Pear, Ginger, Lavender, Chaga, Antioxidant, Powerhouse, Yum, Superfood, Calming, Stress Relief

Let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain out the herbs and fruit. 

Add sugar if you're so inclined, and then enjoy your quick, easy, and healthful treat!
