I purchased the Reishi tincture to help me sleep and it does a good job of helping me wind down in the evening.

Good things take time.

I'm currently taking Reishi, Lion's Mane, and my Chaga arrives tomorrow! I recently switched to taking my Reishi only in evenings (thanks to Penny's gracious suggestion), but even taking 2 doses daily, my sleep score still claimed over the past 2-3 weeks. I went from a mid 60 (needs work), to low 70 (fair), and after continuous use of my Reishi, have been steady 78-82 (good) for the past 5 nights! I've only had one "good" sleep score in months before starting the Birch Boys Reishi. The droppers don't measure accurately, but that's an easy workaround and not impactful enough to lower the score for a high-quality product!

Not ganoderma lucidum--but effective and delicious

Mycologists claim that only ganoderma lucidum rather than ganoderna tsugae has adequate beta glucans, While this may (or may not) be true, there is more to mushrooms than the beta glucans, and your product meets all my requirements and tastes delicious in a cup of coffee or even a tiny glass of water. There is a sweetness that other mushroom products lack, probably due to the extraction process. My partner took some before airplane travel (since she often gets sick as a consequence), and did really well, too. She did not get sick!
