Tips for a Speedy Resolution

• If you are contacting us about a product that was damaged on arrival, please include an image of the damaged outer box, a photo of the opened damaged box (so we can see how it was packed), and a photo of the products within, when you submit the form. These photos allow us to submit a shipping claim for the damage, and replace the damaged products for you. 
• If you are contacting us about the exact product you received, please include the lot number found on the product.
