I waited to weigh-in as a first time user of Birch Boy's Lion's Mane. I wanted to make sure it was not some kind of placebo effect. I am pleased with the fact that my very sensitive system which usually doesn't get along with various medicinal properties had only welcomed "side effects" that did not upset my system in the least, even when taken directly. I enjoyed the pleasant subtle effects. In my case less is more, much more and just right.
I've been using Birch Boys Lion's Mane for a couple of years now. I'm not sure why, but for me it clears my head almost immediately and gives me focus in a soft kind of way. I researched this brand and I trust not only their quality and practices, but their attention to sustainability. Highly recommend.!!

I have tried 4 different mushroom coffees. Love that this is a local ADK company. Birch Boys is by far the best 'shroom coffee I have brewed! No crash and burn caffeine aftereffects either! I will soon be ordering another bag to continue my morning cup of courage.
