It takes a little getting used to from commercial shampoos, and I first thought it was going to make my hair Too Greasy. But after several washings, I got used to the feel of it and now my hair looks and feels great. I have shoulder length thin fine hair that was flat and stringy unless I put gels on to give it body. But now it is so much fuller without using Any other products. I'm thankful to have such a great product, that's actually good for my health!
