How to Use Cordyceps Tincture

Take up to 4mL per day.

Take tinctures straight or add them to beverages like coffee or smoothies at a comfortable drinking temperature.

Store out of direct sunlight.

Tinctures are best used within 3 years for efficacy, but remain shelf stable indefinitely.

I recently tried Birch Boys Cordyceps tincture for the first time, and can’t believe how much energy and endurance it gives me. I was very happy that Birch Boys has brought cordyceps back into their product lineup.
