I've been taking Birch Boys tinctures for a while now and as a 50+ woman, I know they are making a difference in my mental clarity and immune system. I think I began with just the Lion's Mane and have since added Reishi and Chaga to my daily routine. My husband just started taking them as well. We purchase the 16 oz. size and put a pour spout on the bottles. I mix a tsp (roughly equal to the 4 mil suggested) of each in a little cool coffee and drink it every morning. I would love to see a subscription offered bc I plan to continue taking these forever! Just as an aside, while camping in NY a few years back, we happened to pass by Birch Boys headquarters so rest assured, they are a real bricks and mortar company surrounded by gorgeous woodland of upstate NY.

Reishi for Sleep and Much More

I'm on my third round of Reishi and a few other tinctures. Regarding reishi, I find that I have fewer interruptions of my sleep and more dreaming. Bill Rawls, MD, in his excellent book, "The Cellular Wellness Solution", extolls reishi's numerous benefits, while also mentioning those of lions mane. Rawls was inspired to write the book after regaining wellness by resolving problems, through use of herbs, that his allopathic medical colleagues had no solutions for. The book takes a deep dive into the body's processes and offers numerous research studies supporting his arguments and conclusions.
