I really am impressed with all the mushroom tinctures. I have the Chaga, Maitake and the Lions Mane. The quality is fantastic. I have tried many, and these are the best. I love adding them to my coffee. Today I am having the Chaga tea. It is also very good. I highly recommend these great quality products!

The taste is pretty bad. I have to add a sweetener to try and hide the taste which I really did not want to do,

I don’t know if it’s doing anything beneficial for me but it has a very strong taste and not in a good way. I don’t think I will be rebuying.

I have been using the Maitake in the mornings (pumped right into my coffee) and Reishi before bed (into my nightly herbal tea.) GAME CHANGER for my sluggish metabolism/low energy and perimenopause insomnia. Added bonus: hot flashes are GONE. I know these tinctures are helping my immunity as well, which is great. I am very pleased with my order. I have issues with acid reflux and take over the counter meds everyday. I can already tell a difference with my acid reflux. My goal is to quit taking over counter meds and only have to take Maitake .

I have to give major credit to Birch Boys Maitake for the significant reductions to my cholesterol (160), triglycerides (57) , LDL and, most importantly, ApoB, which, if you don't know about, you should (see Thomas Dayspring, MD, on YouTube). There are a couple of other herbs that may have contributed to my good cholesterol panel, but I'm giving major credit to Maitake. Remember, not everyone can expect to get similar results.

I am so happy I tried the Maitake Tincture- I have some corinary artery conditions and am on a plant based diet and I am hopeful that this will be an added regimen to my heart health. I like the smooth taste as some of the other muchrooms have a stronger flavor.
