We are taking the fungi five. What I want to know is what is it for? What are we supposed to be experiencing? I could never get a straight answer on the page where I ordered from. I like to know what parts of the body something I’m taking is helping me with Can someone please tell me ? Until I know what it’s actually for what I’m supposed to be experiencing, I cannot give you an honest review ! Thank you
It’s still early days, but I have been gradually trying all of the tinctures. Most notably taking Reishi and Artist’s Conk in the evening has made a big difference to my sleep pattern. I am sleeping deeper and remembering my dreams, which I never did previously. Looking forward to exploring all of the mushrooms!
