Why is Reishi Tincture better than Reishi capsule?
Most Reishi extract powders and capsules miss the mark. Reishi’s most potent compounds, like ganoderic acids, require alcohol extraction—something that powders made from hot water extractions can’t unlock. On top of that, many bulk powders are padded with fillers and imported from questionable supply chains. While hot water extracts have some benefits, a properly made double-extracted tincture (alcohol and hot water) is the most effective preparation.
How to Use Reishi Tincture
Take up to 4mL per day.
Take mushroom tinctures straight or add them to beverages like coffee or smoothies at a comfortable drinking temperature.
Store out of direct sunlight.
Tinctures are best used within 3 years for efficacy, but remain shelf stable indefinitely.
4oz Tincture
A convenient 30-day supply, with a dropper.
Dropper: Four squeezes is one serving (~4ml).
For best accuracy, press and release the bulb several times to draw 1ml.
16oz Tincture
A 120-day supply featuring a pump top and measuring spoon.
