Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 4-6oz of yogurt (any flavor you like works great, I used peach in this recipe, but I prefer vanilla for this smoothie)
- ½ of a banana
- Coconut water (how fluid you like your smoothie is a preference, make sure you have at least 1/2 cup to use, but add however much you need to get to your desired consistency)
- 1 cup of spinach or mixed greens
- 1 serving of Birch Boys ChagaNOW (or 1 serving of your favorite Birch Boys Tincture.)
