Purpose: Help us reduce our footprint by recycling your empty glass bottles. Fill out the form below to provide us with the information we need to send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your empty tincture bottles to us at no cost.

Requirements For Tinctures -

1 - We require a minimum of at least 5 empty Tincture bottles per shipment, which allows us to afford this service.

2 - Please choose a box that is as small as possible to ship your tincture bottles back to us, we greatly appreciate this effort.

3 - You must thoroughly wrap each bottle in newspaper, bubble wrap or another sturdy lining material. We have received many shipments of shattered glass bottles. In order for us to continue offering this program, bottles must be packed appropriately each time they are returned.

4 - Please completely pack and prepare your box for shipping prior to filling out this form. This is because we must have the final weight and dimensions of the package in order to issue you a free return label.
