An herb buddy of mine gave me a bit of chaga to try. I decided that a dual extraction tincture would give me the most medicine for the amount I had. I loved it! So I searched the internet to find an ethical source for me to purchase my own. I came across Birch Boys and decided to give them a shot. I ordered 1# bulk chunks. My intent is to make more tincture but in the meantime I have been adding it to my astragalus chai either simmered on the stove top or overnight in the crockpot. I was pleasantly surprised that shipping was included in the purchase price. It was delivered in a timely manner. I will definitely use your company again!

I make a new batch every week in my 2 quart slow cooker.The chunks can be reused at least 2 or 3 times.When the tea doesnt get dark,then it is time to discard the chunks.always remember not to overheat

This bulk chaga is different from many others. No mycelium, only fruiting body and overall a higher quality mushroom that I haven't had since I purchased some real Siberian chaga many years ago from a different purveyor. I received 1 pound of ground chaga, replenishing my stash. I FrenchPress it in a coffee elixir with cacao, maca, a dash of cayenne, ground chicory & dandelion roots. And a spoonful of coconut oil to enhance the extraction of chaga medicinals. I find chaga helpful, recovering from an unfortunate "shedding" exposure.

This was my first order from the Birch Boys company. I ordered a coarse ground tea but received fine ground. When I emailed they quickly responded, apologized, and corrected their mistake free of charge!

This is the best Chaga extract I've found BY FAR! I live in Vermont and I have harvested my own chaga and created a homemade extract but I don't have to do it anymore because I love the Birch Boys product. I'm a metastatic breast cancer patient and I use both the Chaga Now and Chaga Extract products daily. I love the chaga tea bags. It's become a daily early evening routine for me to have a mug of chaga tea with lemon and a little ginger honey that I ferment. It's very soothing and great for digestion.
It does seem to halt the appetite. I've taken this when I had some kind of virus. Couldn't shake that virus until I took the Maitake. The very next day, I was surprised at how good I felt. Great product!
