This tincture is a practical local match for the viral mushroom coffees. Although I never used the mushroom coffees because I couldn't bring myself to spend that much. When i used birch boys fungi five i didnt have to because it really works! I used to have swelling problems, carpal tunnel symptoms, and extreme exhaustion. All of these issues have subsided in the last year that I have been using fungi five tincture every morning in my coffee. I no longer fall asleep as soon as I sit down weather it was to read a book with my kids or in the passenger seat of the car.
