I'm experiencing a calmness and relaxation that is helping me with sleeping . My goal is to use Reishi Tincture in place of other sleep aids. Thank you Birch Boys for your information that you provide on your products .
I can't say enough how excellent these tinctures are. I currently use Chaga and Lion's Mane and recently added TT for when I travel for work which is frequent. I've tried 4 different TT tinctures and this one has me feeling the best and tastes like mushrooms not straight alcohol.
