- Our 4oz tincture size is twice the standard amount!
- Birch Boys Chaga Tincture contains the highest concentrations of the best quality Chaga available.
- Full of antioxidants! You’ll notice that our Chaga Tincture is a rich black color. This is an indication of the antioxidants inside. Melanin is the most prominent antioxidant in chaga, and melanin imparts a deep black color on our tincture. These antioxidants help to support your immune system.
- Motivation in a bottle. Chaga contains long-chain polysaccharides which help to efficiently turn food into energy. Many of our customers report having intense motivation to do usually-annoying tasks after consuming our Chaga Tincture. Tasks like organizing your closet, finishing those dishes and deep cleaning the bathroom are easy to undertake with the addition of chaga to your diet.
- Great addition/alternative to caffeine! Many of our customers use our Chaga Tincture to augment their morning coffee - or replace it entirely!

”I've been using Birch Boy products for 2 years now starting with the Chaga Maple tea bags, loose chaga to brew with my morning joe and now the tinctures, Chaga and Lion’s Mane. I feel both physically and cognitively improved at 58. The tinctures are very convenient to add to my morning coffee and afternoon green tea enhancing the flavor just a tad. Chaga Tincture FAQ
How much Chaga Tincture should I take?
Everyone has unique body chemistry. This means that each person is different, and will respond to supplements differently. Some people are very sensitive to supplements. These people tend to notice effects more quickly than others and may be able to consume a smaller serving than less sensitive folk. If you are completely new to mushrooms, start with 1-2 mL and work your way up, over a week or two, to 4mL. That being said, you may find that your sweet spot is 1-3mL. That is great too! We strongly encourage listening to your body and finding your own routine. I personally take 3mL of Chaga and Lion's Mane Tinctures in my coffee, each morning. What Does Chaga Tincture Taste Like?
Chaga Tincture has a fairly smooth flavor. Since our Chaga Tincture is a dual extract, there is 22% alcohol, so it tastes like chaga with a bit of an alcohol flavor. Chaga is sweet and earthy which helps to mediate the astringency of the alcohol. It is an enjoyable tincture for herbal enthusiasts to get down the hatch. Many people remark on it's sweet aftertaste. If you don’t enjoy strong flavors, it truly makes coffee and tea taste better; sweeter and more robust.
How Soon Will I Notice Benefits?
It can take anywhere from one week up to a month for a person to begin experiencing the benefits of Chaga Tincture. This will largely depend on how sensitive your body is to supplements. Some people notice effects incredibly quickly, others experience more gradual change. Our customers report increased motivation, fewer instances of sickness, enduring daily energy, and stellar hair and nails.
Should I Take Chaga Tincture On An Empty Stomach Or With Food?
Because our Chaga Tincture is a dual extract containing 22% alcohol, we recommend having a little something in your stomach when you take the Chaga Tincture, especially if you know that your gut is sensitive to alcohol. I personally just add it to my coffee (loaded with cream) in the morning and it’s perfect! You could also take Chaga Tincture with juice, tea, a smoothie, or whatever non-carbonated beverage that you most enjoy. If you’re a breakfast eater, just take your Chaga Tincture during or after breakfast.
Does Chaga Tincture Contain Caffeine?
Nope. In fact, Chaga Tincture can be a great alternative to caffeine.
When Should I Take Chaga Tincture?
Birch Boys Chaga Tincture is quite stimulating. Most people take Chaga Tincture in the morning to start their day with the best foot forward.
