”I just started using the Lion’s Mane extract last week. Within a day or two, I started to feel a difference. I felt like I was thinking more clearly. I thought to myself that this was just wishful thinking, but I don't believe that anymore. I believe it truly is the Lions Mane benefits. Here's just one minor example: Even if my grocery list only had a few items on it, I couldn't remember them, and while shopping I had to repeatedly look at my list. Yesterday I went to the grocery store, checked my list in the car, and never had to reference it again. That was a big deal for me. I'm feeling good and I'm hoping this will continue to surprise me.” - Cynthia, 12-19-20
”Clarity In A Bottle. This tincture has helped me immensely with my day to day activities. It helps me stay fresh, and keep my mind clear when I am focusing on a task. I call it my magic mushroom!” - Ashley, 07-04-19

How much Lion’s Mane Tincture should I take?
Everyone has unique body chemistry. This means that each person is different, and will respond to supplements differently. Some people are very sensitive to supplements. These people tend to notice effects more quickly than others and may be able to consume a smaller serving than less sensitive folk. If you are completely new to mushrooms, start with 1-2 mL and work your way up, over a week or two, to 4mL. That being said, you may find that your sweet spot is 1-3mL. That is great too! We strongly encourage listening to your body and finding your own routine.
What Does Lion’s Mane Tincture Taste Like?
Lion’s Mane Tincture has a strong flavor, but that’s because it’s a powerful product! Since our lion’s mane tincture is a dual extract, there is 22% alcohol, so it tastes like lion’s mane with a bit of an alcohol flavor. Lion’s Mane is described as having a seafood-like flavor, with a mushroomy kick. If you don’t enjoy strong flavors, it can be added to your morning beverage like juice, coffee or tea! When diluted in this way it is barely noticeable and often adds an enjoyable complexity to your drink.
How Soon Will I Notice Benefits?
It can take anywhere from one week up to a month for a person to begin experiencing the benefits of Lion’s Mane Tincture. This will largely depend on how sensitive your body is to supplements. Some people notice effects incredibly quickly, others experience more gradual change. Our customers report a clear mind, more mental energy, and less instances of forgetfulness .
