Love this mushroom coffee! I am more of a medium or even dark roast kinda gal but I absolutely love this mushroom coffee. I've been taking it for a while now and have noticed I have more energy when I work out with weights. My lung capacity has also improved. I have an overall feeling of wellness. Good stuff!
I read up about Chaga and found out that if there are liver issues it's best to avoid it so I'm not taking it even though I'm sure it's a great product.

I can't say enough how excellent these tinctures are. I currently use Chaga and Lion's Mane and recently added TT for when I travel for work which is frequent. I've tried 4 different TT tinctures and this one has me feeling the best and tastes like mushrooms not straight alcohol.

This is the best Chaga extract I've found BY FAR! I live in Vermont and I have harvested my own chaga and created a homemade extract but I don't have to do it anymore because I love the Birch Boys product. I'm a metastatic breast cancer patient and I use both the Chaga Now and Chaga Extract products daily.
