My husband is taking this for his MS muscle and cognitive issues. We feel like it probably helps but it's hard to know for certain. The main thing is, though it's pricey, there's no downside to putting it in a cup of coffee each day. And it's a lot better than the powder, which we tried before. I've also tried cooking the actual mushroom but that does nothing. The tincture seems more obviously powerful. We're going to keep using it.
