I used it for a month now, and I liked it. For me this came agross my path when I started my own spiritual journey and I do really belive that this supports my brain and health enormous. I am looking forward to learn more about funghi's and the possitive things they can create for us Humans!

Energetic after each morning’s cup of tea or coffee plus a couple ml of fungi five! No aftertaste or anything. Totally recommended!

So far so good!! I have to take it at night though because when I take it in the morning, I feel tired throughout the day, and I don't know if it's because of the Reshi. However, when I take it at night, I am finally sleeping!!My skin feels softer, too 😊

I started taking this in November after my breast cancer lumpectomy. I'm hoping along with some other supplements it helps in keeping it at bay.

Love that this product has 5 lovely mushrooms in it! I do take Lion's Maine on it's own in addition, but I'm comfortable with the amounts of the others. I love the Birch Boys story and the company's ethics. Thanks for such a terrific product!

The mushroom extract has a pleasant taste and effect. I take it in the morning, via syringe, directly under the tongue. It seems to heighten my alertness. Simply put, I feel stronger after taking it.

This tincture is a practical local match for the viral mushroom coffees. Although I never used the mushroom coffees because I couldn't bring myself to spend that much. When i used birch boys fungi five i didnt have to because it really works! I used to have swelling problems, carpal tunnel symptoms, and extreme exhaustion. All of these issues have subsided in the last year that I have been using fungi five tincture every morning in my coffee. I no longer fall asleep as soon as I sit down weather it was to read a book with my kids or in the passenger seat of the car. I would wake up in the middle of the night arms on fire, hands numb not be able to get comfortable. Not any more! Swollen legs, swollen arms, bloaded abdomen for years since my first pregnancy (10years ago). NOT ANY MORE! I've lost probably 30lbs and im convinced it's all water weight. For several years I have been opening five or six bottles and swallowing the dropperful. It was fine doing that. However, I finally ordered the big bottle and love the convenience. Every morning I take one big dropperful and then I'm done. And I know I've done something very healthy for myself. in about 5 seconds.

I have been harvesting Chaga for years and enjoying hot Chaga tea. I recently have been using fungi five daily as a supplement. In my mid 60’s I am fortunate to be healthy and feel great. I can’t help but feel it is because of these natural choices and eating healthy.

I have been taking Fungi 5 and Reishi for about 3 months and I am amazed! I was diagnosed with Stage 1 lung cancer and have a bunch of autoimmune disorders. I just got the results of my CT scan & the lung opacity they are watching is almost imperceptible. Doc said if he didn’t know something was there before he wouldn’t know where to look. I’m over the moon!! I also sleep soooo much better w/Reishi too. I also have my husband and son taking them. My husband’s sleep and brain fog is also sooo much better too. I have 3 Yorkies, they don't like the snow so they won't go outside during winter. To avoid having my house smelling I have them wearing diapers, I read mushrooms were good for dogs, so I started to add 1ml to their food once a day. I notice how their diapers stop smelling strong. Like with nutrients and vitamins you see and feel the benefits once you ran out and stop taking them. My body goes back to aching, my thoughts get disorganized and I have a hard time remembering simple things. Is 5 o'clock and I'm drained.
To avoid so much inconvenience and feeling older than what we are we make sure to not run out of our tinctures.
