Does Fungi Five contain all of the mushrooms that Birch Boys offers?
Fungi Five contains our original 5 mushrooms, blended together for overall gut and immune wellness. Fungi Five does not contain our newest offerings, artist conk and cordyceps. To add artist conk and cordyceps to your routine, we recommend getting the 16oz Fungi Five, and the 4oz Artist Conk and/or Cordyceps tincture.
Which size Fungi Five should I purchase?
If you take 4mL of Fungi Five daily for gut and immune support, the 4oz bottle will last 1 month. The 16oz bottle would last 4 months.If you take 20mL of Fungi Five daily as an equivalent of a full serving of chaga, reishi, turkey tail, lion's mane and maitake, then a 16oz bottle will last about 24 days.

This is the best Chaga extract I've found BY FAR! I waited to weigh-in as a first time user of Birch Boy's Lion's Mane. I wanted to make sure it was not some kind of placebo effect. I am pleased with the fact that my very sensitive system which usually doesn't get along with various medicinal properties had only welcomed "side effects" that did not upset my system in the least, even when taken directly. I enjoyed the pleasant subtle effects. In my case less is more, much more and just right.
