I have been using the Maitake in the mornings (pumped right into my coffee) and Reishi before bed (into my nightly herbal tea.) GAME CHANGER for my sluggish metabolism/low energy and perimenopause insomnia. Added bonus: hot flashes are GONE. I know these tinctures are helping my immunity as well, which is great.
